Findel is where most groups set foot in the Grand Duchy. We collect your group at the airport and drive straight to your hotel, your venue or your first meeting. One vehicle, one driver, no queue at the taxi rank and no counting heads on a station platform. Coach hire Luxembourg has been handling Findel transfers since 2014, for congress delegations, corporate groups, sports teams and private parties.
Group size decides the vehicle. The mini-van seats up to 7 people with luggage and suits a small delegation. The mini coach carries 8 to 20 passengers. For bigger groups we have the midi coach, the standard coach for 50 to 62 people and the double-decker coach for up to 85. Traveling with a lot of luggage or with equipment? Tell us when you request the quote, so we reserve the hold space you need. Every vehicle is listed on our fleet page.
Findel is a compact airport, which makes the pickup straightforward. Your driver waits with a name board, or at the coach parking area if that works better for your group. We agree the exact meeting point when we confirm the booking, and you receive the driver’s phone number before the day itself. If a flight runs late, our office follows the flight number you gave us and the driver waits.
For the trip back we plan the pickup around your check-in time. A group of fifty needs more time to board a coach and to check in than two cars do, so we usually advise leaving earlier than you would on your own. Give us the flight number and the group size and our specialists will suggest a departure time. If part of your group leaves on an earlier flight, we can split the transfer.
Not every group flies into Luxembourg. We regularly collect groups at Brussels and Frankfurt and drive them into the country. That is a longer journey, so a coach with a toilet and proper luggage space is usually the better choice. Send us the airport and the flight times and we will plan the route and the vehicle around them.
When a congress or a company event brings delegates in on many different flights, a transfer turns into a schedule. We put several vehicles on the arrival day, keep one contact person for the whole program and move things around when a flight shifts. Our congress coach service page explains how we set that up.
